- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.

- Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select products. Eligibility and conditions are mentioned on individual product pages.
- For most products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
- If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our provided address.
- Return/Exchange charges, if applicable, will be decided on a case-to-case basis.
📝 Important Notes for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene reasons.
- Products must include original packaging, tags, and labels. Returns without tags will not be accepted.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within the specified return period mentioned on the product page. Requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
