  2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.

🔁 Return Policy

  1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select products. Eligibility and conditions are mentioned on individual product pages.
  2. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
  3. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
  4. If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our provided address.
  5. Return/Exchange charges, if applicable, will be decided on a case-to-case basis.

📝 Important Notes for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene reasons.
  • Products must include original packaging, tags, and labels. Returns without tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within the specified return period mentioned on the product page. Requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.
  2. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  3. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
  4. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.
  5. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
